I purchased the old Wii Fit in 2009 and updated (happily) for the Wii Fit Plus in 2010. I was able to really build strength etc. etc.. by M.R.C.

This provides about the right level of fitness challenge for my current health and the games are challenging and fun. Children often get involved in activities. by Poca
